Ikigai Holistic Rebalance is a one-to-one coaching system designed to address the root causes of chronic pain, low energy, and ongoing health challenges — not just the symptoms.

Rather than masking discomfort, we assess and correct underlying dysfunction in the body. Chronic pain and fatigue rarely originate where they are felt. They are often the result of imbalances in posture, movement mechanics, breathing patterns, stress load, diet, and lifestyle habits accumulated over time.

Through comprehensive assessment, we measure:

  • Posture and structural alignment

  • Movement quality and joint function

  • Core stability and muscular imbalances

  • Stress physiology and recovery capacity

  • Diet and lifestyle patterns

From there, we design an individualized corrective strategy tailored specifically to you.

This is not traditional chiropractic or acupuncture(while they are great tools). We do not rely on passive treatments. Instead, we guide you through an active, educational process that restores function from the inside out. You receive personalized corrective exercise programming, movement retraining, and practical lifestyle coaching to create sustainable change.

A little bit about me…

I’m Ruby, i’ve always been drawn to understanding the body — how it moves, adapts, and reflects in the way we live. My path into holistic health came from a genuine curiosity and desire to help people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance from the inside out.

Outside of my work, I enjoy painting, cooking, and spending time preparing organic, whole foods. These practices allow me to slow down and stay connected to the present moment. Meditation, meaningful conversations, and a good laugh are equally important to me, as I believe true health extends beyond the physical body.

I’m deeply passionate about studying how the body works and guiding others to better understand their own. My goal is to help you move out of pain, improve your wellbeing, and develop a stronger, more confident relationship with your health.
