Frequently Asked Questions

  • As a CHEK Practitioner, I assess and address the body as an integrated system. My role is to identify the root cause of imbalance and guide you back toward optimal function, alignment, and long-term health.

    This includes:

    • Comprehensive postural assessments to identify structural imbalances
    • Movement assessments to observe compensation patterns and muscular dysfunction
    • Holistic lifestyle and stress evaluations to understand how daily habits impact your body
    • Diet and lifestyle questionnaires to uncover factors affecting energy, recovery, and inflammation
    • Identification of muscular imbalances and instability contributing to chronic pain or dysfunction
    • Personalised corrective exercise programs tailored specifically to your body
    • One-on-one exercise and coaching sessions to ensure correct technique, progression, and accountability
    • Ongoing guidance to help restore alignment, improve posture, and support sustainable health

Every program is individualised. The goal is not just symptom relief — it is to bring the body back into balance so it can function, heal, and adapt as it was designed to

  • If you feel ready to take the next step and have a clear understanding of the approach, you can book a consultation - where we can look at options to begin working together.

If you are still unsure or would like a deeper understanding of how your body is functioning, I recommend starting with an Integrated Wellness Screen. This assessment provides a little insight into what it is I do and gives you a sneak peak into your bodies posture.

  • At Ikigai Holistic Rebalance, you are never treated as just another appointment or another number.

This work is not about quick fixes or rushing people through sessions. It is about genuinely understanding the person in front of me — their history, their lifestyle, their stress, their movement patterns, and the story their body is telling.

Many people who come here feel frustrated. They’ve been in pain, felt unheard, or been given short-term solutions without long-term answers. While conventional healthcare absolutely has its place, it often doesn’t have the time to look at the body as a whole system.

That is where this approach is different.

I take the time to listen. You are heard. Your experience matters.

The goal is not simply symptom management — it is to uncover the root cause and guide you toward sustainable, long-lasting change.

True healing and correction require a joint effort. This is a partnership. I guide you, educate you, and support you each step of the way — but your commitment and involvement are equally important.

Ikigai represents balance and purpose. My role is to help you restore balance within your body so you can move, live, and function with greater clarity, strength, and confidence.

  • If you have any questions or would like to know more before getting started, you are welcome to reach out.

You can use the Contact page on this website to send a message, and I will personally get back to you as soon as possible via my emails.

  • We offer structured coaching packages, with session frequency ranging from 1–3 sessions per week depending on your goals, availability, and the level of support you would like.

This will be discussed during your initial consultation, where we can determine the best path forward and ensure you feel comfortable and confident with your plan.

  • True correction and lasting results require consistency, for this reason I recommend my clients work with me for a minimum of 12 weeks. The body needs time and guidance to restore balance, improve function, and adapt properly.

Packages allow us to work together progressively, ensuring you receive the support, structure, and accountability needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.

This approach is focused on long-term results, not temporary solutions.
